He’s Not Real: Big Jiggy Posts Viral Video After ShattaFest, Accuses Shatta Wale of Poor Treatment of Guests

by | Oct 19, 2025

Nigerian social-media content creator Big Jiggy travelled to Accra, Ghana, to attend ShattaFest — a birthday celebration and live event hosted by Ghanaian dancehall star Shatta Wale. In the wake of the event, Big Jiggy took to his TikTok (and other platforms via reposts) to accuse Shatta Wale of failing to treat him and other invited guests properly.

In the video, which has since gone viral through clips and reposts, Big Jiggy claims that ShattaFest did not meet his expectations: that he was invited for only “two days”, that his hospitality was minimal (“feeding me once a day in Ghana”), and that the host’s behavior was inauthentic. One caption attached to his video reads: “Shatta Wale booked me for only 2 days & he is feeding me once a day in Ghana—he is not real.

Big Jiggy appears to have acted publicly after the event by unfollowing Shatta Wale on Instagram and deleting promotional content associated with Shatta Wale; reposts of this action circulated widely.

The video triggered heated discussion on social media
